If I could be anyone in (period) history , I would be…
Margaret of York, Duchess of Burgundy (15th century). That woman lived during a very interesting period in history, right at the end of the War of the Roses, and held a particularly unique amount of influence and power in the duchy after her husband, Charles the Bold, died in battle.

If you saw me at an SCA event, I most likely would be…
In the kitchen or helping someone else with a project.

The top item on my “SCA bucket list” to try is…
To recreate a period feast – beginning at translating the primary source, then redacting the recipes, and recreating the feast using nothing but period techniques, materials, and ingredients.

What do you like most about being in the SCA?
The camaraderie amongst SCAdians all around the world, and the ability to challenge yourself and push the limits of what you think you can and cannot do. Truly inspiring!

Delftwood rocks because…
Delftwood rocks because the people within it are incredibly sincere and passionate. They put their hearts and soul into everything they do, and it shows in the work they produce – from cleaning up a hall after an event, to creating a beautiful scroll or piece of clothing. It is our passion that makes Delftwood rock, and our desire to share it with others.
