Delftwood rocks because…
Delftwood rocks because of the people who are here now and those who have come before. It rocks because someone moves chairs at a demo, or says hello to someone new, or teaches a new skill. It rocks because someone here cooks feast for the first time. It rocks because someone here cooks feast for the hundredth time. The windmill is industrious, honorable and a sign of home. Delftwood took me in when I was in need. She heals, and teaches. She is a dream made manifest in the spirit of her people.
