Spring Fling 

On May 30, 2026, the Canton of Dunloch and the Barony of Delftwood will present Spring Fling, a day of thrown weapons, heavy weapons fighting, and music and dance of the Middle East.

Event Details: The site is located at 331-343 Bangall Road, Parish NY 13131. The site opens at 9 AM May 30, 2026, and closes at 11 PM that evening. An event schedule will be posted closer to the event, but will include Thrown Weapons contests, Heavy Weapons contests and melees (to possibly include the Delftwood Baronial Heavy Weapons Championship), and Middle Eastern Dancing and Fun! The site is wet. In the event of inclement weather, most of the planned activities will be held inside a large pavilion on site.

The event fee is $25.00 for an adult (18+), $15.00 SCA adult (18+) member discount price, youths 6-17 would be $5.00 and children 5 and under are free of charge. The day board will be assorted foods of the Middle East and Persia and is included in the event fee.
