Being the report of the Court of Their Excellencies, Benedecit Fergus Atte Meade and Helene al-Zarqa, by the grace of the crown 10th baron and baroness of Delftwood. Documented: The Business of the Court of Their Excellencies at A Shoote in the Wyldewood, 5 September Anno Societatis L. As recorded by Lady Margarita Carpintero, Windmill Persuivant, with the assistance of Lady Wylde Wysse.

After welcoming the populace and thanking them for attending, Their Excellencies called forth all those for whom this was their first event. Seven individuals stepped forward and were warmly welcomed to these, the current Middle Ages, and were given small tokens of appreciation.

They then determined that Quinton of Delftwood had traveled the farthest to be in attendance, having traveled for more than a day. Their Excellencies then gifted him with a snack for sustenance on his long journey home.

Their Excellencies then invited forward all the children who participated in the Monster Shoot. They were congratulated for their efforts and the youngest participant, Liam (aged 5), was given an arrow and charged with the responsibility to return with it next year. Before the children were dismissed, Erin was wished a very happy birthday.

Their Excellencies then called forward Perote Campbell to have words with Baron Artemius Andreas Magnus. A long-long standing rivalry was put to rest and he was gifted a small wooden horse as a sign of good-will.

Their Excellencies requested the of Lady Wylde Wysse, who ran the Dirty Dozen Largess Derby, to announce the winners. The populace voted and Lady Margarita Carpintero won 1st for her perfumes, Ilaria of Delftwood came 2nd for her jewelry, and Elska Fjarfell was awarded 3rd for her soaps.

Their Highnesses also chose their own favorites. Illyria was named Princesses' choice and Lady Wylde Wysse was named Prince's choice for having the enthusiasm to enter three different submissions (Viking sunstones, bamboo needlecases, and leather notebooks).

Their Excellencies then asked all gentles who had thrown or shot a Royal Round or who had newly authorized in heavy weapons, cut and thrust, rapier and combat archery within the past year, to stand and be acknowledged. His Excellency then applauded their efforts for having taken up his year-long challenge to try a new martial activity.

Their Excellencies then noted the outstanding effort put forth by one of the participants, Baron Boris Dragonsbane who was also named their new Baronial Thrown Weapons Champion; scroll by Lady Amalie Reinhardt. Their previous champion, Lord Ráðúlfr Eiríksson, was thanked for his year of service and was divested.

Their Excellencies then wished to thank Fela Flußmüllnerin, Ulfr Thorbjarnarson and Demetrius by granting them Millstones for their extra work during the day's event. Vrou Lijsbet de Keukere and Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin were also called forward and thanked for their service at the Barionial Dinner during Pennsic, for which, they were gifted Millstone-shaped cakes.

Finally, Their Excellencies called forward all members of the Order of the Millguard. Having found their numbers lacking, Lord Alexander Templeton was inducted as a member for his skill at archery. Their Excellencies welcomed everyone to the event.

Their Excellencies called before them all those for whom this was their first event in our Society. No one appeared, but they were still happy to see many faces of people they had already met.

Their Excellencies determined those who travelled the farthest to attend the event, and welcomed them into their court. They gave the travelers tokens to remember Delftwood by.

Their Excellencies called forward Mistress Oðindisa Bykóna. Othindisa spoke of the fine entries for the embroidery challenge; Joan Madison, Jennifer of Delftwood, Lady Kiersa Mies, and Baroness Sadira bint Wassouf. The judges had chosen Lady Kiersa's piece as the best of the day.

Their Excellencies called forward Lady Lijsbet de Keukere. She spoke of the day's cooking challenge that was held in an outdoor kitchen. She thanked the judges, and those who had donated food, and those who lent cooking equipment. She then announced Duchess Rowan de la Garrison and Lady Wynn as the winners.

Their Excellencies called forward Lord Aurelio di Baldasare. It was announced that he was the overall archery winner. Scroll illumination by Lady Saskia Feldmeyrin. Calligraphy by Baroness Helene al-Zarqa.

Their Excellencies called forward Baroness Anastasie de Lamore. It was announced that she was the overall winner of the thrown weapons competition. Scroll by: Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin.

Their Excellencies called forward Jennifer of Delftwood, Baron Edward Harbinger, and Lord Jan Langhe ten Walde. They were given Millstones for their exceptional help for the event.

Their Excellenices called forward Lady Kalishka Perdeslava. They spoke of her creation of beautiful glass pieces and service as Defltwood's Arts & Sciences Champion. For this, they created her a member of the Order of the Capstan. Scroll by: Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin.

Their Excellencies thanked everyone again for coming, spoke of the fun they were having, and then bid safe travels home to all.
