Barony of Delftwood
Being the report of the Court of Their Excellencies, Benedecit Fergus Atte Meade and Helene al-Zarqa, by the grace of the crown 10th baron and baroness of Delftwood. As recorded by Lady Margarita Carpintero, Windmill Persuivant, with the assistance of Lady Wylde Wysse.
Their Excellencies welcomed the populace and thanked them for coming out to the event. They then asked their autocrats, Mistress Othindisa Bykona and Lady Wylde Wysse, to come forward. They thanked them for hosting the event, and gave them the opportunity to thank all those who assisted.
Their Excellencies then called forth all those for whom this was their first event, and welcomed them to the current Middle Ages.
Their Excellencies then determined that Quinton of Delftwood had traveled the furthest to be in attendance that day. They called him forward to gift him with snacks for his travel back home. While in attendance, Quinton was named an Honorary Citizen of Delftwood and was presented with a scroll by Lady Lijsbet de Keukere.
Their Excellencies again requested the presence of Mistress Othindisa Bykona and asked for the results of the Peace Tourney.
Simon Fjarfell won populace choice with his weaving; scroll illuminated by Kathleen Paige Fellers and calligraphed by Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin.
Vrouw Lijsbet de Keukere was awarded 3rd place with her duck dishes; scroll illuminated by Grimhild Gunnasvolddottir, calligraphy by Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin.
THL Solveig Throndardottir was awarded 2nd place with her research on Japanese names; scroll done by Ilaria of Delftwood.
And the overall winner was Elska Fjarfell for her work with soap; scroll done by Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin.
Their Excellencies then called forward their current A&S Champion, Kalishka Peredslava. They thanked her for her year of service and she was divested of her regalia. Vrouw Lijsbet de Keukere was then summoned and named the new A&S Champion.
Then, Their Excellencies called forward their current Performance Arts Champion, Lord Ixac Ben Simone and thanked him for his year of service. He was divested and Lady Megge Gormschuileach was named the new Performance Arts Champion in his place.
Their Excellencies then called forward Lord Justin Lymner, Ilaria of Delftwood, Lord Ixac Ben Simone, Baron Edward Harbinger, THL Desiderata Drake, and Lady Kathern known as Mayhem. They thanked these people for their work contributed to the event and were given Millstone tokens.
THL Svanna in kyrra was then called before Their Excellencies and was lauded for being a great friend to Delftwood and was inducted into the Order of the Blue Tulip; scroll done by Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin.
Lord Ixac Ben Simone was again called forward into court. Their Excellencies praised Ixac for his exceptional talent in poetry and inducted him into the Order of the Capstan; scroll done by Lady Amalie Reinhardt.
Lady Margaret Grace was then called into court and recognized for her artistic talents in sewing. She was then inducted into the Order of the Capstan; scroll done by Meisterin Felicitas Flußmüllnerin. The Order of the Capstan was then asked to welcome their newest members.
Finally, Their Excellencies called forward Fela Flußmüllnerin. She was then recognized for her maturity and assistance at the event. The Order of the Whirligig was called forward and she was inducted into the Order; scroll by Baroness Helene al-Zarqa'.
Having no further business, the court of Their Excellencies, Baron Benedict Fergus atte-Mede and Baroness Helene al-Zarqa' was then closed.
