Scroll wording, calligraphy and illumination by Lady Helene al-Zarqa'.

Their Excellencies then called forth Lady Gwenhwyvar Morwyn. These gentles not being present, Their Excellencies attempted to contact them through the ether by means of a strange oracle, to the incantations of the populace. The invocation was answered by a disembodied voice, which invited the deposition of a message. Their Excellencies' herald made such, informing Fridrich Flußmüllner and Felicity Flußmüllneren of their induction into the Order of the Windmill. Scrolls by Verederosa Dal Sol, with an accompanying scroll for young Moira of Delftwood, of whom Felicity had been delivered only four days prior.

There being no further business before Their Excellencies, their court was closed.
