Barony of Delftwood
Here follows the report of the Court of His Excellency Oeric, Baron of
Delftwood, held on the 24th day of April, in the Year of Our Lord 2004,
at A Shoote in the Wildwood. Report by Seigneur Jean Ancelin,
Windmill Pursuivant, with assistance from Lady Alheydis von
Körckhingen.
His Excellency Oeric did recognize and convey his gratitude to the
children who did this day defend the Barony against all manner of
beasts and monsters. The children who participated in the defense
were Arianna, Elizabeth, Jaime, James, Jesse, Jillian, Kieran, and
Oliver.
As has become customary at this time each year, a handcrafted arrow
made by Edward the Gray was passed to the youngest archer of the day.
The arrow was passed from Arianna to James.
Lord Wolfker the Hunter was recognized as the victor of the open
archery tournament, and was awarded a stained glass and mirror plaque
crafted by Lord Artemius Andreas Magnus with the assistance of Lady
Annora of Delftwood.
Oliver Gladewyne was called before His Excellency and commended for his
year of service as Delftwood's Baronial Archery Champion. As his
term had come to an end, he was divested of the regalia of champion.
Gyles de Blair was called forth, and in recognition of exceptional
shooting this day, was invested as the new Baronial Archery Champion of
Delftwood. Scroll illumination by Helene al-Zarqá, with

His Excellency did then create Lady Thyri Oddsdottir a Companion of His
Baronial Order Recognizing Excellence in the Arts & Sciences.

The Honorable Lord Orm of Loch Mor was given his scroll commemorating
his investment as a Principal of the Baronial Order Recognizing
Excellence in the Martial Arts, originally done in absentia at the
Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins, February 21, 2004. Illumination
by Lady Gilliane McGill de Verona, calligraphy by Lady Juliana Stafford.
Lord Michael Gladewyne was then made a Companion of the Baronial Order
Recognizing Excellence in the Martial Arts. The scroll was
illuminated by Fenris McGill, with calligraphy by Lady Juliana Stafford.
William Meriic was made a Companion of the Windmill in recognition of
selfless service to the Barony of Delftwood. The scroll was
crafted by Lady Alheydis von Körckhingen.
His Excellency did then formally convey to Lord Mustafa the Red his
Award of Arms, done in absentia in the Final Court of His Majesty
Henri, at the Coronation of Maynard and Christina on April 17, 2004.
There was no scroll present, but one is in progress by Lady Alheydis
von Körckhingen.
The Court of His Excellency Oeric was thus completed.
